Incorporated in 2011, Tiger Stones is a rapidly growing company in the field of granite exports. Located in the calm and serene city of Gauribidanur, which is around 80 km from Bengaluru city, the only sound that can be heard is that of the granite molding. Every noise is the result of the passionate dream to build an unparalleled business in the field of granite monument export business.
Tiger stones currently have 3 functional granite processing units. Every unit performs end-to-end granite processing.
Vision
The company was initially set up to export 2 containers monthly. With the sheer dedication and commitment from the management supported by the devoted bunch of employees, Tiger Stones is proud to state that it is capable of currently exporting 14 containers in a month. However, the company does not want to pause its expansion or its dreams. They have a target to achieve 24 containers by the end of 2024.
Employee Benefits
The company was founded in 2011 with 15 employees. Tiger Stones has gradually grown to a company with 150 employees in 2022. Every Tiger Stones employee is covered with medical insurance benefits. They have their PF Gratuity benefits initiated by the company.
Employees are provided with housing facilities within the factory premises. They are provided with all three meals. The meals are prepared under hygienic conditions in the factory's in-house kitchen.
